Welcome to the ACE exhibitor marketing checklist! Here you can find everything you need to maximise your pre-event and onsite brand exposure and customer engagement. It has been proven that increased exhibitor activity pre-event brings more visitors to your stand. Enhancing the value of your time at the event and leaving you with high-value leads.

My Easyfairs

With the doors opening at ACE in March, it’s your opportunity to promote your presence in the run-up to the event – we have LOTS of free tools that you can use to get the most out of your time at the event and encourage people to visit your stand.

After you have booked your stand, you should have received My Easyfairs account login details. If you need assistance or have not received your login details, please contact emma.kurzyca@easyfairs.com

Invite your clients & prospects via our secure invitation service. You can track the registrations through My Easyfairs and reach out to the contacts pre-show. Please get in touch if you would like your personalised HTML invite.

Brand new for 2023 is the ACE app! Please make sure your My Easyfairs profile is kept up to date as your company information & products will pull directly through to the app.


We will be holding monthly webinars in the run-up to ACE giving you the opportunity to see the My Easyfairs platform in use and ask any questions you may have.

  • 100% payment date for your stand. Contact creditcontrol@eaysfairs.com
  • Invite your clients & prospects via your personalised email invitation – contact emma.kurzyca@easyfairs.com
  • Start planning your stand requirements – order additional future, electrics, stand fitting extras, graphics and AV. Available via your My Easyfairs account. (Please note the early bird deadline is 1st February after this date you will get a 25% surcharge)
  • Complete the mandatory forms for your stand here (before 1st February)

  • If you have a speaker slot booked please ensure the speaker image, title, abstract and bios have been submitted via this formdeadline 23rd January
  • Submit a hi-res company logo (ai, pdf or eps format) to display at the show. EasyGo Premium only. Send to emma.kurzyca@easyfairs.com
  • Last chance to register your stand personal via My Easyfairs
  • Update company profile before the show via My Easyfairs -> Manage your online profile -> Company information (this will directly pull through to the show app) – deadline 15th February
  • The web shop closes for any final orders – deadline 27th February
  • Activate your Visit Connect scanning app & set qualifying questions – deadline 28th February
  • Build up for the show. Space only stands: 09:00-20:00, Shell scheme stands 12:00-20:00 – 9th March
  • SHOW DAY 1 – Exhibitors can access the hall from 08:00. Exhibition open times are 09:00-17:30 – 10th March
  • SHOW DAY 2Exhibitors can access the hall from 08:00. Exhibition open times are 09:00 – 16:00 – 11th March
  • Breakdown of the show. Space only stands 16:30-20:00 Schell scheme stands 16:30-20:00 – 11th March
  • Breakdown of the show. Space only stands 09:00-12:00 – 12th March

Brand new for 2023 is the ACE app! It will contain everything the visitor needs from the full agenda, floorplan, booking meetings, exhibitor matchmaking and so much more. Please make sure your My Easyfairs profile is kept up to date as your company information & products will pull directly through to the app. The deadline for this to be completed is 15th February 2023.
