Reporting to the Commercial and Business manager, we are seeking an ambitious and highly driven individual who is eager to become an integral part of our fast-growing and dynamic company based in Knutsford, Cheshire. Having the desire to learn about our products and treatments and share your enthusiasm with others is at the core of this role, our company ethos is to deliver excellence in everything we do. Customer care is at our heart. The core objective of this role is to effectively market products and treatments by developing and implementing campaigns, promoting training and organising conferences. There will be heavy involvement with our CRM database, our web site and promotional materials. The successful candidate will manage all of our social media accounts.

Duties and responsibilities

Responsible for social media presence on all relevant platforms to promote products and treatment and encourage customer engagement
Managing social media content and developing social media strategies
Creation of marketing campaigns focusing on our different product ranges
Management of all company events, conferences and exhibitions
Liaison with international mesoestetic marketing department to ensure synergy
Managing brochures, images and logos to ensure they are kept up to date
Responsibility for co-ordination of the Company website (including e-commerce platform) alongside relevant support companies
Pro-actively identify opportunities and activities to promote the Company and its products
Work alongside Commercial and Business manager to plan and execute the marketing strategy
Maintain the company database on a regular basis
Ensure consistency of the mesoestetic brand and its integrity
Preparation of reports, statistics, and associated documentation as and when required
Participate in budget preparation and reviews
Deliver a high level of service to customers
Support the delivery of our SEA and SMA campaigns
Support clients and sales team with digital marketing guidelines
Support the CRM journey (e.g. email comms and newsletters – design the emails, plan and send them out; creation and optimisation of sales tools – digital brochures, prospecting email templates).
Assist in other areas of the business to satisfy peaks in demand.
