The gallery bay stands overlook the ground level and mezzanine level of the exhibition hall at ACE 2025.

In the image to the right you can see the natural layout and divides of the gallery bays which are created by the historical ornate ironwork of the venue.
They are located along the level in which the following features can be found: The Platinum hall, VIP area, Teoxane Agenda, Symposium Stage, In Practice stage, Masterclass stage. Alongside this, all show catering areas, the Aesthetics Sales Lounge, and Aesthetics Subscriptions Lounge are located on this level.
All shell scheme gallery bay exhibitors will receive a shell scheme build similar to the configurations seen below dependant on the space you have booked.

Shell scheme stands in the gallery bay can be maximised visually by branding the stands back walling with seamless or infill graphics.
There is also the opportunity to brand the fascia of the shell scheme and to order extras such as branded desks to elevate the aesthetic of your stand.

When designing your space only stand please make sure to take into account the dimensions of the gallery bays iron framework to ensure your stand fits within the space correctly.
Please note we request that the hand rail side of the bay is kept as open as possible to allow your stand to be viewed as much as possible from the mezzanine and ground floor levels.
Please note it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to provide their own dividing walls against the venue ironwork divides. These sides cannot be kept as open sides, due to the building work of other stands on either side.

Below are the detailed dimensions for space only stands wishing to build walling along the side walls of the gallery bay.
Whilst the gallery bay exhibitors benefit from being close in location to the shows key features, they also benefit from the shows gallery rail branded banners which can be seen from the mezzanine and ground floor levels.
This a great way to promote your stand and its location across the hall from moment of entry. These banners are provided by the organisers free of charge to any gallery bay exhibitor and will be created from artwork submitted by the exhibiting company.
Please ensure you send your artwork to the operations team to ensure you receive your branded banner.
Artwork dimensions are: 3000mmW x 900mmH with an added 10mm bleed.
