Due to health and safety, as well as the nature of the clinical content and products on display at CCR, we have a strict no under 18s policy. We are able to make exceptions for babies in arms under the age of one, but these babies must remain in a pram or in a parent’s arms at all times. They are not allowed into any of the conference sessions due to health and safety concerns and the risk of disrupting the sessions.

Dogs and other animals are not allowed on the premises. Only guide dogs providing assistance to individuals with visual impairments will be permitted on the event premises.

Your ACE confirmation will be sent to you via email. As this is an automated email it unfortunately often goes into your junk email folder.

If you can’t find your confirmation email, don’t worry, please just give your full name to our staff at the front desk, and they will print your ticket for you.

Any questions, please email contact@aestheticjournal.com.

Visitor Queries

Across the two days at ACE some sessions may only be open to practitioners on specific medical registers – GMC, NMC, GDC, GPhC, HCP – and the prescribing qualification.

At ACE, these requirements are put into place by the sponsors hosting the session. Any further questions you may have should be directly addressed to the session host. The sessions which have been sponsored will have the brand name in the title. All content shown in the Teoxane Main Auditorium and the Symposium Stage will have restrictions and some sessions in the Masterclass Agenda. In Practice Theatre and Innovation Stage sessions are open to all.

If you believe you should be given access to these sessions, please email contact@aestheticsjournal.com or visit a registration desk on site. Full details will be displayed on the website agenda and on the ACE app.

Aesthetics, including the Aesthetics Journal, ACE, CCR, and The Aesthetics Awards, relies on advice from its Clinical Advisory Board and key industry associations regarding clinical matters.

The current advice is that invasive aesthetic treatments like dermal fillers, botulinum toxin, threads, and similar procedures should be performed by qualified medical doctors, dentists, nurses, and prescribing pharmacists. These practitioners must be registered on the GMC/NMC/GPhC /GDC (dentists only) or equivalent international registers.

As a result, the educational independent content sessions related to such treatments, presented at our events such as ACE and CCR, will only be available to these qualified professionals. Visitors should check the individual session on the ACE/CCR agenda to confirm which professionals are permitted entry.

ACE and its organiser Easyfairs strives to provide the highest professional standards in its events and products, including impartiality, neutrality and avoidance of bias in all its activities. The views expressed by any external partner, speaker, exhibitor or other affiliate organisation, in connection with the event or otherwise, are those of the individual alone and do not represent the views of Easyfairs or its staff.

We cannot not accept any responsibility or liability for the expression of such views or opinions. If you have any concerns, please contact us contact@aestheticsjournal.com.

There is still plenty of content open to all attendees as only some of the sessions are restricted. All of the content in the In Practice Theatre is open to all, as well as certain clinical sessions in other theatres including the Innovation Stage and Masterclass sessions.

No, all sessions are free-to-attend and seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive 10 minutes before sessions start as spaces will fill quickly.

Your badge type will allow you access to certain sessions. If you do not have your medical register stated on your badge – GMC, NMC, GDC (Dentists), GPhC – and believe you should, please email contact@aestheticsjournal.com or go to the Conference Help Desk for assistance.

If you believe your badge type should be one of the above, please email contact@aestheticsjournal.com to confirm.

Conference Queries

The responsibility for risk assessment, having a complications protocol in place and an Emergency Complications Kit accessible, lies with the sponsor of the session and the practitioner performing the treatment. However, in the extremely rare event of a complication occurring, the Aesthetics Complications Expert (ACE) Group World will be on-hand if a practitioner is not able to deal with a problem, needs an extra pair of hands or a second opinion.

They will also have an ACE Group Emergency kit available on their stand, which will be well stocked with hyaluronidase and adrenaline so if a complication occurs, necessary drugs and consumables will be readily available.

Please note all live demonstrations and documentation of those performing live demos on stands and stage have been pre-approved via the Health and Safety team of the show.

ACE are working in line with the standards set by the JCCP to ensure a safe clinical environment has been provided for demonstrations such as dermal fillers and other injectables via the purpose-built live injection rooms that can be found in the Teoxane Conference, Symposium Stage and Innovation Stage. Dermal fillers and other injectables are not permitted to be demonstrated in open spaces on the show floor.

All live injection rooms are provided with sanitary cleaning enhanced by the use of Sanispace provided by our injectables sponsor Sanispace.
