Welcome to the ACE Exhibitor Marketing Checklist! Discover all you need to amplify your brand exposure and customer engagement both before and during the event.

Research confirms that boosting exhibitor activity before the event attracts more visitors to your stand, elevating your event experience and leaving you with high value leads.

My Easyfairs

With the doors opening for ACE in March, now is the perfect time to boost your visibility before the event kicks off. We have LOTS of free tools that you can use to get the most out of your time at the event and encourage people to visit your stand.

After you have booked your stand, you should have received login details to your My Easyfairs account. If you need assistance or have not received your login details, please contact katie.swift@easyfairs.com

Invite your clients and prospects via our secure invitation service. You can track the registrations through My Easyfairs and reach out to the contacts pre-show. Please get in touch if you would like your personalised HTML invite.

Webinars

We will be holding monthly webinars in the run-up to ACE giving you the opportunity to see the My Easyfairs platform in use and ask any questions you may have.

We have created an Aesthetics Exhibitor Instagram page with tips and tricks to have a successful show! It’s a quick and easy place to stay up to date with the latest information. Please follow us at @aesthetics_exhibitorsuk

 

ACE Event App

The 2024 ACE app will contain everything the visitor needs from the full agenda, floorplan, booking meetings, exhibitor matchmaking and so much more. 

Please make sure your My Easyfairs profile is kept up to date as your company information & products will pull directly through to the app.

>Set up your stand on My Easyfairs
>Submit a product for the Innovation Gallery
>Download your personalised banner and use it with your trackable registration link found in My Easyfairs
>Follow us on social media and tag us to promote your presence at the show @aestheticsjournaluk
>Ensure brand visibility and take advantage of sponsorship opportunities. Contact contact@aestheticsjournal.com

January

>100% payment date for your stand.
>Invite your clients & prospects via your personalised email invitation
>Start planning your stand requirements – order additional future, electrics, stand fitting extras, graphics and AV. Available via your My Easyfairs account. (Please note the early bird deadline is 1st February after this date you will get a 25% surcharge)
>Complete the mandatory forms for your stand (before 1st February)
>Grid plan 
>Health & Safety declaration 
>Risk assessment 
>Live demonstrations 
>Space only submission 
>Site induction
>If you have a speaker slot booked please ensure the speaker image, title, abstract and bios have been submitted via this form – deadline 23rd January.
>Submit a hi-res company logo (ai, pdf or eps format) to display at the show. EasyGo Premium only. Send to katie.swift@easyfairs.com

Febuary

>Last chance to register your stand personal via My Easyfairs
>Update company profile before the show via My Easyfairs, this will directly pull through to the show app – deadline 15th February 
>The web shop closes for any final orders – deadline 27th February
>Activate your Visit Connect scanning app & set qualifying questions – deadline 28th February
>Marketing & PR form deadline 28th February

March

>Build up for the show. Space only stands: 09:00-20:00, Shell scheme stands 12:00-20:00 – 14th March
>SHOW DAY 1 – Exhibitors can access the hall from 08:00. Exhibition open times are 09:00-17:30 – 15th March
>SHOW DAY 2 – Exhibitors can access the hall from 08:00. Exhibition open times are 09:00 – 16:00 – 16th March
>Breakdown of the show. Space only stands 16:30-20:00 Schell scheme stands 16:30-20:00 – 17th March
>Breakdown of the show. Space only stands 09:00-12:00 – 18th March
