Please note that shell scheme package includes 1 x 13amp/500w power socket. To order any additional items, such as extra power, lighting, furniture, graphics or extra stand fittings please do this through your My Easyfairs account via the Webshop.
Shell Scheme Specification:
- White Complete Shell Scheme with silver aluminium upright posts
- Walling is white lightweight panels 3.2mm thick measuring 2500mmH x 990mmW. The face size of the panels is 2340mmH x 950mmW. The poles are 40mm in diameter projecting forward 18mm.
- Height from floor to underside of ceiling grid is 2430mm
- The visible display area of each infill panel is 2340mm x 923mm.
- Ceiling grids can be removed if you request this, however, PLEASE BE AWARE all stand builds are subjected to approval. Please contact ace_ops@easyfairs.com there is an open grid ceiling of 70mm beams fixed diagonally over the stand.
- Use of beamers and light effects outside the stand is forbidden
- For security reasons, all exhibitor material must remain within the stand area
- You cannot fix anything to the wall panels using nails, staples, or screws. Lightweight polyboard or card panels can be fixed with double-sided Velcro, twinstick pads or blu-tack. Any damage to the shell scheme will be chargeable to the exhibiting company.
Please remember that Exhibitors are liable for any damage caused to buildings, floors, walls, and columns or to the shell scheme panels. Exhibitors may not apply paint, lacquer, adhesives or coating to the building, columns or floors. No bills, signs, floor coverings or other articles should be pasted, nailed, taped or otherwise attached to the walls, floors, ceilings, columns, partitions, or trim. Panels cannot be painted.
Please note that all stands with raised flooring require a ramp and all storage areas must have a vision panel.
