It is compulsory all stands, materials and waste, including carpet tape must be removed from the hall by the designated times above. Any waste or exhibits left in the hall after this time will be disposed of at a cost to the exhibiting company.

Please note contractors and couriers may not collect from the hall after the designated breakdown times.

No one under the age of 16 is permitted in the hall during the build-up and breakdown period.

• The loading bay is located to the rear of the venue on Liverpool Road (sat nav postcode is N1 0HQ). It is marked by a “Goods In” sign and can be found between Bromfield Street and Barford Street – please refer to the delivery and traffic page for further access information.
• At 16:00 on Saturday 15th March, visitors will be asked to leave the premises. Only once all visitors have vacated the halls an announcement will be made that dismantling can commence.
• You are not at liberty to dismantle your stand before 16:30, and if you do so you will be asked to stop.
• The building will strictly close at 20:00 on Saturday 14th March, there are no exceptions to this rule.
• Please remove personal effects or small and valuable items from your hired furniture and stand as soon as the exhibition closes to prevent any losses or damage during the breakdown period.
• All exhibits and displays must be removed from shell scheme stands by 20:00 Saturday 14th March.
• All space only stands must be completely clear including waste by 17:00 Sunday 15th March.
• There is strictly no access for shell scheme exhibitors on Sunday 15th March.
• Clearing of the stand by the official deadline is solely the responsibility of the Exhibitor, including stand waste materials.
• The Organisers reserve the right to charge waste and storage fees for exhibits/stand fittings, which have not been removed by the deadline and are furthermore entitled to have such exhibits/stand fittings removed and stored immediately by a suitable contractor at the expense and risk of the Exhibitor.
