Exhibitor Marketing Checklist

Discover all you need to amplify your brand exposure and customer engagement both before and during the event. Research shows that increasing exhibitor activity before an event boosts stand traffic, enhances the event experience, and generates high-quality leads.

Set up your MyEasyfairs Account

After you have booked your stand, you should have received login details to your MyEasyfairs account. If you need assistance or have not received your login details, please contact ella.carey@easyfairs.com. 

Add your company information, create an online product directory, set up your smart badge readers, promote open vacancies, share company news and more. Your page will pull through to the ACE website and app, allowing visitors to explore your brand before and during the event. 

Use your Unique Registration Link

Access your personalised invitation link through the My Easyfairs portal under the “Invite Clients” section. Incorporate this link into your pre-event marketing materials. When your audience registers using this link, their contact details will be available in your My Easyfairs account.

 This enables you to proactively engage with them before the event and receive SMS notifications upon their arrival at ACE, allowing you to prepare and connect effectively.

Share your Gleanin Link

Enhance your event presence with our social amplification tool, offering ready-to-use templates to promote your presence and speaker sessions at the event. Easily share these visuals across your social channels to engage your audience and increase attendance. 

Access this resource via the ‘Documents’ section in your My Easyfairs account.

Take advantage of ShoutOut

Keep an eye out for an email from holly.sinnes@easyfairs.com containing a link to our video system. We’ve curated a selection of templates designed to help you share exciting updates about your stand or session before the event.

These ready-to-use templates are perfect for showcasing sneak peeks, behind-the-scenes glimpses, or teasers that you can easily share across your social channels.

The Aesthetics Connect App

Released about 3 weeks before the event, The Aesthetics Connect app will contain everything you need to engage with attendees effectively. Features include exhibitor matchmaking, booking meetings, lead collection and more.

Please make sure your My Easyfairs profile is kept up to date as your company information & products will pull directly through to the app.

Be included in our email marketing campaign

Planning a product launch, giveaway, live demo, or special offer at your stand? Let us know, and we’ll feature your exciting news in our email campaign, scheduled to go out a few weeks before the event. It’s a fantastic opportunity to promote your presence and attract attendees early.

Session promotion

The earlier we receive your session details, the greater your exposure will be. Once submitted, we’ll add your information to our online agenda. Additionally, we have a dedicated email promoting the full conference agenda, scheduled to be sent out a month before the event. To ensure your inclusion, please provide all session details as soon as possible. Deadline coming soon…

In the March issue of the Aesthetics Journal, we include a printed leaflet featuring exhibitor sessions. To be part of this, we require your session details by 1 February 2025.
