The Aesthetics Conference & Exhibition (ACE) will once again take place at the Business Design Centre, London to empower the medical aesthetics community. Get ready to be inspired!

All the tools below are of no additional cost and are part of your stand package. We advise you to take advantage of our extensive marketing tools. You will work closely with our marketing team to deliver a targeted campaign to attract your ideal visitors.

After booking your stand, you should receive your ‘My Easyfairs’ login details. If you need assistance or you haven’t received this, please contact ella.carey@easyfairs.com.

All exhibitors will be given a unique registration URL, allowing them to track who has registered/attends via their link. 

PERSONAL EMAIL INVITATIONS

Generic emails get ignored-personalised ones drive results. Our team will send out personalised invitations to your most valued clients, inviting them to visit your stand at the show. All you need to do is securely upload the contacts to your MyEasyfairs portal under the ‘invite clients’ tab.

SHARE WITH YOUR NETWORK – GLEANIN

 Instagram, LinkedIn , WhatsApp… the list of platforms feels never-ending. Use our community marketing platform, Gleanin, to share personalised banners to let everyone know you’ll be at the show!

BANNERS

First impressions matter, and often marketing collateral is the first point of contact. Our design team have created a personalised banner, with your stand number for you to add to your email signature & website. You’ll find this under the ‘Documents’ tab in your MyEasyfairs portal.

SOCIAL MEDIA EXPOSURE

How can you get the word out about your news, product launches, company announcements or participation at an event to an audience who you don’t yet know? Make the most of the community we have built on social media by tagging us in your posts for us to share. 

EVENT SPECIFIC CONTENT

How much time does it take to create and send well-designed HTML emails? To help speed things up, our team can create editable HTML emails so that you can promote your participation easily through your own email system. 

PR EXPOSURE
