Tracey Jones has been a nurse for more than 25 years having roles in education and senior management. She is educated to Master’s level and is a senior fellow for the higher education academy. She is a published author and has contributed to medical journals through her role as an editorial board reviewer and author. Tracey has influenced local, national, and international policy through her roles with the RCN, BAPM, MBRRACE, NHS England, HEE and COINN. Following many years of supporting the CQC as a specialist advisor and preparing her own clinical areas for regulatory inspection, Tracey recognised that this wealth of knowledge and experience could be utilised for the world of aesthetic medicine. In 2019, Tracey joined with her business partner Sophie who was a CQC inspector to launch Inspire to Outstand. Tracey has her own CQC registered clinic in Cheshire, Blend Skin & Beauty Clinic.
