T-Lab PRF Tubes (Box of 24)

Lipomine - Smart Fat Grafting Kit
Autologous fat grafting is a minimally invasive, non-surgical procedure in which adipose tissue, rich in mesenchymal stem cells is harvested from the stomach or leg, processed to create a fat rich in stem cells, and finally injected to add volume and healing; giving long-term - if not permanent - results. The injectable millifat, microfat, and nanofat rich is stem cells, derived from T-Lab’s Lipomine system, is a versatile tool for doctors handling dermatology, traumatology, or orthopaedic cases. First, the adipose tissue is harvested from the patient, consisting of triglyceride, the fat layer, the tumescent solution and RBC remnant. The triglyceride and tumescence is discarded and the fat is cut with specially designed blades. For millifat, the solution is processed through a 2400um microlyzer 5 times. For microfat, follow the first step and then pass 5 times through a 1200um microlyzer. For the nanofat, the substance must be finally passed through a 600um microlyzer a final 5 times.
