Face Thread by Spring Thread®

Spring Thread® is an advanced thread lifting system designed to reposition sagging facial tissues while preserving natural facial movement. Developed and manufactured in France by 1st SurgiConcept, the technology combines a permanent elastic structure with soft anchoring cogs to create a dynamic lifting effect.

Each Spring Thread® consists of a braided polyester core surrounded by soft silicone cogs arranged in four directions along the thread. This configuration allows the thread to engage tissue evenly and distribute tension across multiple points, creating stable support within the treated area. The elastic nature of the thread allows it to adapt to normal facial movement, helping maintain natural expression while providing structural lift.

Unlike absorbable threads that gradually lose strength as they dissolve, Spring Thread® is non-resorbable and remains in place within the tissue. This allows the repositioned tissues to retain long-term support while maintaining flexibility within the facial structures.
