K-Laser Blue Med is a three-wavelengths laser device that is unique having a 445 nm blue beam. Unlike all other infra-red lasers, K-Laser is not based on water absorption but rather on the absorption of melanin, haemoglobin and cytochrome C. 445 nm as its main wavelength has many surgical advantages over traditional Nd-YAG, Erb YAG and CO2 lasers, in speed and accuracy of the surgery, coagulation, and rapid tissue healing with minimal scar formation. 445nm compared to infrared lasers has additional germicidal and antiseptic properties. Combined with the 660 nm and 970 nm laser beams it can penetrate superficial and deep tissue, photobiostimulate both skin and musculoskeletal tissues.

It has many advantages over traditional lasers in low maintenance and cost of consumption material, maximum safety, and incredible portability. All surgical and therapeutic components can be sterilised and repeatedly re-used.

K-Laser Blue interface allows multiple pre-set cosmetic treatments for ease of use. K-Laser Blue, compared to other cosmetic devices has a higher surgical performance due to less thermal damage, accelerating post-surgical recovery and reducing scar formation.
K-Laser Blue has a direct anti-microbial effect and NICE approval for post cancer treatment mucositis. Lastly, the infra-red biostimulation and the analgesia deriving from the use of 970nm wavelengths can be used in temporomandibular and dysfunctional pain syndromes.

The portability and size of the K-Laser Blue allows it to fit easily into any size consult room, however small, but also can be carried between clinics in its protective steel case.
