Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) at ACE 2026

The MHRA is responsible for regulating products in the UK medical market. They ensure all medicines, medical devices and blood components for transfusion meet the right safety, quality and efficacy standards, as well as educating the public and healthcare professionals on the risks and benefits of these products for safer uses.

The MHRA regulates a variety of aesthetic products including devices/machines/injectables with medical claims such as for acne, rosacea, thread/spider veins and fungal nails. Their remit could include products such as dermal fillers, prescription-only medicines, lasers, PRP kits, and more.

The MHRA will be attending CCR once again this year to help promote best practices in the industry, ensuring the conference and all its exhibitors are leading the specialty towards raised standards.
